that he wouldn't pay yo have the Coral Queen's sewage hauled away. Instead
his crew had standing orders to flush the waste into the basin, which was
already murky. The tide later carried most of the filth out to open water."
This passage was about, when Noah's dad. Paine. Sinked the boat of Dusty, the
owner of the boat. Because he had been dumping all the waste from the Coral
Queen's, into the ocean. Paine had got so mad, that he had tried to sink the boat,
and that had work. Then he had gotten arrested. (:
